This time it's of the magician Lucario himself, Barron
(he's already officially evolved but he just hasn't been drawn yet at Lucario, or a mega. I redrew this after doing this>:origin()/pre03/f446/th/pre/f/2016/153/d/1/barron_by_shadow_pikachu7-da4q9lt.png)
the lighting and effects didn't look all that well :U)
I'd imagine when he mega evolves his skills and abilities as a magician increase 10 fold
